For the successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer, our client is offering:

• Salary of up to £45,000 per annum - Depending on experience
• Days - Monday to Friday - 7:45am-4:15pm (flexible)

Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

• Maintain machinery to ensure optimal functionality
• Attend breakdowns, diagnose, and repair equipment using appropriate tools
• Complete all electrical maintenance tasks on time
• Conduct planned preventative maintenance and implement improvements
• Interrogate PLC systems and fault find
• Modify plant/equipment as needed
• Minimize machinery downtime
• Work with contractors
• Order consumables
• Work on complex machinery
• This position involves solely electrical work

Qualifications and experience required:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (ESSENTIAL)
• Apprentice served (ESSENTIAL)
• 17th or 18th Edition certificate (ESSENTIAL)
• Ability to identify root causes quickly
• Experience interpreting technical drawings (ESSENTIAL)
