Accelerated People Management is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Telford to fault-find on production machinery, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and drive improvements in reliability and performance.

The role involves working with PLCs, drives, motors or sensors and supporting automation upgrades within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Electrical or multi-skilled maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial engineering background.
• Strong electrical fault-finding abilities.
• Experience with PLCs, drives, motors or sensors.
• An interest in reliability and continuous improvement.
• Level 3 Electrical / Engineering qualification.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Telford

£50,000 - £60,000 + Optional Overtime + Training + Progression + Market Leader

A fantastic opportunity for Electrical Maintenance Engineers looking to take their career further within manufacturing. This is ideal for an engineer who enjoys getting to the bottom of difficult faults, working with automated machinery and improving equipment reliability rather than simply keeping production running. Whether your strengths lie in electrical fault finding, PLCs, controls or continuous improvement, I’m keen to speak with engineers who want to put their technical abilities to good use.

I work closely with established manufacturing businesses where engineering plays a critical role in production performance. I’m particularly interested in electrical maintenance engineers who can bring specialist electrical knowledge, solve recurring equipment issues and contribute to improvements across increasingly automated production environments.

Your Role as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer could include:
