We have a great opportunity to join a growing building products company to support as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Working Monday to Thursday DAYS, this role offers the work life balance every engineer craves, without the sacrifice of nights and weekends. Working in a small close-knit team, the role centres around supporting the upkeep of the plant and production machinery. This role is ideal for a strong electrical maintenance engineer with a strong foundation in both mechanical and electrical systems, particularly within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
* Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, ensuring safety compliance.
* Maintain mechanical components and utilities, including conveyors and compressors.
* Collaborate with the production team to optimise machine performance.
* Support installation projects for new equipment and manage contractor oversight.

The company offers a very rewarding package, including a generous salary of up to £50,000 with massive overtime potential (60K + OTE), 24 days' holiday allowance (6 weeks), company sick pay, and standard pension contributions-all for a 4-day week (Mon-Thurs).
