About the Role

Our client is a leading global manufacturer in the building products and concrete products manufacturing industry. They are seeking a new electrical maintenance engineer, who has experience with a range of production machinery, to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Effectively carry out planned maintenance tasks and respond in a timely manner to breakdown repairs while meeting safety, health, environmental and financial targets.
  • Maintain production equipment with a proactive approach to provide robust repairs to prevent future losses to uptime.
  • Maintain plant instrumentation systems, including PLCs.
  • Maintain computerized maintenance management systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • PLC fault finding knowledge (desired).
  • Electrical fault-finding knowledge.
  • Knowledge of LOTO procedures.
  • NVQ level 3 in engineering or similar (desired).
  • Ability to work a mixture of shift patterns.
