A logistics company is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Pontefract to maintain and repair warehouse machinery. Candidates should be Level 3 qualified and have experience in fault-finding on PLC controlled equipment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work at heights are essential. This role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including bonuses and discounts.
Salary £20.69 per hour, plus night shift premium (c£46,200 per annum)
Comprehensive bonus scheme and overtime opportunities
42 hour shift rotation (including days, nights, and some weekends)

About the role:
Our Maintenance Engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring that the huge range of warehouse machinery and equipment are maintained and repaired as required to ensure the operation runs smoothly, implementing management instruction with regard to all aspects of the role and ensure awareness of Health and Safety, working in a specialist field.
We're looking forLevel 3, Apprentice trained Electrical Maintenance Engineerswith experience and knowledge of:
The role will require the successful candidate to Work at Heights of up to 20m with appropriate training. You'll also have excellent communication skills and be PC literate
