The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for providing the right levels of direction and support for the Stowmarket Asset Management Processes. The role will concentrate on the effective preventative & proactive maintenance of plant and equipment, efficient execution of the maintenance plan and increasing Mean Times between Failure. They will drive Continuous Improvements in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, HSE and people development in a way that motivates the team to deliver best in class Maintenance with the highest degree of engagement. You will be the guardian of the cultural principles within the team. The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will also be responsible for small Capex Projects.
