Electrical Maintenance Engineer

4 on 4 off (days and nights 12 hour shifts)

Oldham

£44,000 + Overtime and Benefits Package

An exciting opening has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturer in the Greater Manchester area. Duties include undertaking equipment maintenance (pre-planned and reactive) on specific machinery related to the product they manufacture. You will support continuous improvement activities aimed at better equipment performance, ensuring all health, safety and environmental procedures are followed correctly. Electrical Maintenance Engineers from manufacturing or ex-forces backgrounds are welcome to apply!

Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

1. Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Electrically biased
2. HNC or Level 4 equivalent qualification in Engineering - ESSENTIAL
3. Previous experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
4. Manufacturing or ex-forces background
5. Ability to write maintenance specifications based on manufacturer's recommendations
6. Ability to understand technical diagrams
