Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrically Biased Engineer

Salary: Up to £50,000

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (Double days)

Our client is a leading manufacturer, renowned for product quality and industry standards. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance and servicing
• Provide engineering support to machinery
• Electrical fault finding
• Maintain machinery efficiency
• Complete call-out schedules
• Conduct regular PPM, scheduled maintenance, and improvements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience with low-voltage, ultra low control voltage, and 3-phase equipment
• Electrical qualification: ONC, BTEC, HND, C&T, etc.
• Experience with electric and inverter motor starters, DC systems
• Motor testing familiarity
• PLC programming and fault finding (preferably Allen Bradley and Siemens S7+Logo)
• Ability to fault find and repair electronic PCBs
• Welding and machining skills are advantageous
