Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £40,000+ Pension + Plenty of Overtime + Excellent training

A leading FM Organisation is looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a strong team for a commercial site in Manchester City Centre. This position offers plenty of progression and training opportunities, supported by a strong team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshoot and repair faults.
  2. Maintain emergency lighting, install and service electrical components, and follow safety regulations.
  3. Handle general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
  4. Respond to work orders promptly and ensure a clean, safe workspace.
  5. Conduct regular building inspections, report maintenance issues, and implement energy-saving measures.
  6. Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, assist with procurement, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in maintenance roles.
  2. Valid electrical certification.
  3. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills.
