Job summary

A well-established manufacturer in Macclesfield is looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer. The successful candidate will work on industrial machinery, including attending to breakdowns and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. A minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering is required. Competitive salary up to £48,000 with no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Job Description:

Elevation have the pleasure of working with a well established Manufacturer based in Macclesfield who are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

Salary: Up to £48,000
Location: Macclesfield
Hours: 12 hr shifts (days and nights) No Weekends! 39hr week

Duties of this position:

• Attending to breakdowns on a variety of industrial machinery
• Working on PPM's
• Adhering to health and safety policies
• Working as part of a team to ensure machinery is running correctly and efficiently.
• Fault finding

Desired experience of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

• You must have at least Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ based)
• It would be advantageous for you to have HNC and HND qualifications but not essential
• Must be happy working days and nights
• Have experience of Fault finding withing previous roles.
• Have experience of working within an Electrical Maintenance Engineering role previously
• Must be happy within a team environment, whilst also being capable of working from own initiative
• Experience working on breakdowns in a similar environment
• Experience working on PPM's in a similar environment
