Join a Leading Engineering Team Driving Mission-Critical Infrastructure
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team, supporting major infrastructure projects across central London. This is a permanent opportunity working on automation systems, delivering high-reliability electrical and control solutions to some of the most complex environments in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical infrastructure and automation systems.
  • Perform fault finding and diagnostics on Siemens S7-1500, S7-400, and Mitsubishi PLCs.
  • Interface with and support SCADA control systems for real-time tunnel operation monitoring and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards, completing all maintenance tasks to the highest standard.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering teams to maintain system uptime and resolve critical faults.
  • Support tunnel automation and control system upgrades, retrofits, and commissioning tasks.


Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (BS7671).
  • City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in fault diagnosis and repair on industrial electrical systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens S7-1500, S7-400 and Mitsubishi PLCs.
  • Experience working with SCADA platforms (WinCC, iFIX, or similar).
  • Proven track record in high-risk or safety-critical infrastructure, ideally including tunnel or transport systems.
  • Comfortable working rotating day and night shifts.
