Multi-Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias

Location: Ashby de la Zouch (Home of Hula Hoops, Space Raiders, Nik Naks, and more)

Shift Pattern: Panama shift pattern (12-hour shifts - days & nights)

Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join KP Snacks. In this hands-on role, you’ll support site operations by delivering reactive and planned maintenance across production and ancillary equipment. You’ll work closely with production teams to minimize downtime, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements. You’ll also manage maintenance records, create PPM schedules, and oversee contractor activities, ensuring safety and compliance. A strong focus on health, safety, and food quality standards is essential, along with identifying risks and supporting operator training.
