Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Mainly covering Leeds

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From GBP36,000 to GBP40,000

We are looking for an experienced Electrical bias Building Services Engineer for a full-time, permanent position mainly based in the Leeds area.

This position will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance mainly for Student Accommodation in the Leeds area as well as a couple of other commercial sites.

This Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be working as part of a team of engineers in the area. We need this maintenance engineer to be level 3 qualified with 18th Edition. It would be a major advantage if this person had test and inspect qualifications.

Requirements

• Strong background in Commercial Electrical Maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in a short commute to Leeds
• Experience working on student accommodation would be an advantage
• Level 3 electrical qualifications with 18th Edition
• Test and inspection would be a bonus but not essential
• Experience in building services maintenance
