Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Ibstock

£52,500 + Annual Bonus | OTE £55,000–£60,000 | 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) | Excellent Training & Progression | Double Match Pension (Up to 15%) | Ample Overtime Available

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their engineering team by hiring an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support both reactive and planned maintenance tasks. Role Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Performing both reactive and planned maintenance across the site
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults on machinery and equipment
• Working on control panels, 3-phase motors, and PLC systems
• Contributing to continuous improvement and safe working practices across the plant

Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Multi-skilled Engineering
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Willingness to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (including days and nights)
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
