Electrical Maintenance Engineer - High Wycombe - Commercial Building - Temp ongoing - immediate start - up to £25p/h

Are you seeking work around High Wycombe?

Exciting opportunity to work for an FM service provider based in a commercial retail building in High Wycombe. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer for a temporary contract. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a proven track record in building maintenance. The company offers an hourly rate of up to £25p/h.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, etc.)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels
• Changing ballasts
• BMS system monitoring (e.g., hot & cold)
• Carrying out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintaining and updating log books
• Plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets
• Pumps and motors

Hours of Work / Shift Pattern / Rates

• 8 am - 5 pm
• Temp to perm contract
• Monday - Friday
• £25 per hour
• Immediate start

Requirements

• Electrically qualified
• City & Guilds Level 3
• Proven experience in building maintenance
• Good leadership and management skills
• Experience with safe systems of work procedures, PTW, RAMS
• Knowledge of health, safety, and statutory compliance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to develop strong working relationships internally and externally
• Proven IT skills, including Microsoft Office
