Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Norfolk
Salary: Up to £47,500
Shift Pattern: 5 on, 5 off (Days & Nights)
Industry: FMCG

You're the person people rely on when machinery grinds to a halt.
As a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you know how to stay calm under pressure, fault-find fast, and keep production lines moving safely, efficiently, and collaboratively.Whether it's routine PPM or urgent reactive work, you bring control, care, and consistency to every job.

This is a busy manufacturing site in Norfolk.You'll work across a range of automated machinery including packaging lines, water treatment systems, chillers, conveyors, and PLC-controlled systems, all critical to keeping product flowing and downtime low.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across site
  • Diagnosing faults on motors, drives, control panels, sensors, and PLCs
  • Supporting production with fast, effective engineering response
  • Installing, upgrading, and commissioning electrical equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and site procedures

What You'll Need

  • Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (City & Guilds or BTEC)
  • Experience in an FMCG or food production environment
  • Confident electrical fault-finding and maintenance ability
  • A strong commitment to Health & Safety
  • Effective communication skills and team focus
