Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Long Marston

This is an opportunity to join a leading recycling company specialising in the collection, processing, and recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs), Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), and white goods. We are seeking experienced electrical bias Maintenance Engineers to perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of machinery including conveyors and shakers to maintain process flow.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Perform Planned preventative Maintenance
• Upgrade and modify systems to ensure longevity of operations
• Daily support and resolution of production issues and implementing suggestions for improvement
• Generator/FLT Battery checking
• Support external audits
• Close any KMI points
• Attend breakdown issues and solve in a safe and timely manner
• Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require
• Comply with all Company policies related to Code of Conduct, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Community

Experience / Qualification Required:

• Strong electrical knowledge
• Good understanding of PLC diagnostics
• Proven fault-finding on electrical circuits
• Experience in domestic and commercial electrical installations
• Ability to work with electrical drawings
• Good computer skills
