Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Permanent - Doncaster - £47.5k - 33 days holiday (inc Stats)

Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias 70/30

£47,500 with multi skilled qualifications

25 days holidays plus 8 stats

Money Purchase Pension scheme with Aviva

Shift work includes the following:

Days: 6am-2pm Monday to Friday

Nights: 10pm - 6am Sunday to Thursday

Afternoons: 2.00pm - 10pm Monday to Friday

Weekend team: 12hrs Sat and 12hrs Sun plus either an 8 hour shift Friday or Monday (dependent upon priorities)

A permanent position for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a well-established Doncaster manufacturer to deliver first line response and quality remedial countermeasures to breakdowns and carrying out planned preventative maintenance activities.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer, the role:

Undertaking planned preventative & breakdown maintenance around 70% electrical

Primarily attending to issues with motors, inverters, electro-pneumatics, hydraulics, drives/gearboxes, pumps & seals, conveyor systems, services etc

Creating maintenance instructions

Using continuous improvement tools & techniques, root cause analysis

Undertaking breakdown analysis and identifying follow up work

In order to be considered for Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will:

Experience of undertaking planned preventative & breakdown maintenance

Understanding of continuous improvement tools & techniques, root cause analysis

Excellent understanding of predictive maintenance

Multiskilled but electrical biased

PLC/software interrogation & fault finding [Siemens S5 - S7]

Manufacturing background - ideally FMCG

Be apprentice trained or have equivalent qualifications
