Job Description:

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturer to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their facility in Doncaster.

Salary – £43,312.50 per annum

Overtime Rates – Time and a half Mon-Sat and double time on Sundays

• 20 days holiday - will increase with the length of service.
• Pension - 5% employee contribution and a 3% employer contribution.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Electrical Maintenance Engineer will provide maintenance, installation, and upgrade work around the plant.

The duties of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer will include:

• Day to day maintenance of all plant and machinery
• Site electrical installations and upgrade work around the plant
• Electrical maintenance of plant, including ppm system
• Routine electrical maintenance and repairs according to planned maintenance schedules, including the completion of risk assessments
• Troubleshoot and solve proven problems
• Provide production support within the Shift team and provide shift cover when required
• Assist other mechanical/operational departments

We are keen to speak with Electrical Maintenance Engineers with the following:

• Familiarity with general factory maintenance practices
• Extensive electrical experience working in a continuous process environment
• Proven experience with fault-finding
• Be conversant with basic PLC logic and inverter drives
• Prior experience in electrical/mechanical breakdowns
• Experience installing and working with circuit boards, power supplies, meters, lighting, electrical points, and electrical wiring
