Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in similar industrial/manufacturing/FMCG production.
• Competent fault finding on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Experience in managing small continuous improvement projects.

Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Corby Northampton

Shift: Monday - Friday (earlies, lates and nights)

Salary: Up to £49,000 Per annum

Role Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for maintaining electrical production equipment. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, installing new equipment according to specifications, and managing related documentation and parts. They will also support process optimization and maintain a clean and organized work area. Additional duties may include managing orders, reviewing documents for completeness, and inspecting parts. This role requires a high level of proficiency with electrical systems and a meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 3 years experience working within a similar industrial / manufacturing / FMCG production site.
• Hold a minimum of City & Guilds or ONC in an Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Competent fault finding and repairing on a range of both electrical and mechanical equipment.
• You must be confident in taking ownership of small continuous improvement projects autonomously and contributing to large scale projects as part of a team.
• Be flexible and able to adapt ever changing faults and breakdowns onsite.
