Job summary

A leading manufacturer in the FMCG industry is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their maintenance team. The role offers an excellent starting salary of around £50,000 with Monday to Friday shifts. Responsibilities include attending breakdowns, completing PPM schedules, and performing PLC fault finding. Ideal candidates will have an Electrical Engineering qualification and experience in high volume manufacturing. This is a fantastic opportunity with a growing business and exciting projects.

Double Days - Afternoons, Mornings (~£47k)

OR - Perm Nights - (~£50k)

Our client is leading manufacturer within the FMCG/Packaging industry. They create the highest quality products, and supply a range of industries. Due to an increase in production and new investments they are actively seeking to boost their maintenance team to be able to continue to supply with the same level of quality.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will:

Attend and rectify breakdowns
Follow and complete PPM schedules
Complete In depth PLC Fault finding and minor modifications

To be considered for this role you must:

Possess an Electrically Engineering qualification
Have experience working within high volume manufacturing environments
Solid understanding of PLC fault finding, with some knowledge of PLC modifications
Knowledge of instrumentation systems

Knowledge or experience that would be a bonus:

HND Electrical Engineering
Experience within EC&I
