Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Holborn

Salary: £46,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:00-16:00 / 10:00-19:00

Alice Rose Recruitment is currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the maintenance team of one of London's most recognised service providers. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Engineer with proven building services experience, joining a close-knit team on a flagship commercial site in the heart of Holborn. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of electrical and building services systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Perform electrical fault-finding and diagnostics.
• Work on single and three-phase power systems.
• Maintain and test emergency lighting and fire alarm systems.
• Operate and maintain BMS systems.
• Service AHUs, FCUs, generators, UPS systems, motors, and pumps.
• Undertake water treatment duties (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.).

Requirements

• Recognised electrical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 3 - 236, 2330, 2365 or equivalent).
• Apprentice-trained (desirable).
• 17th or 18th Edition qualified.
• Proven background in building services maintenance.
• Experience working in a commercial environment.
• Strong communication skills with a client-facing approach.
