Candidates must hold a City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Engineering and a full UK driving license. Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement and manage the preventive maintenance schedule to reduce unplanned breakdowns.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and Bring Energy processes.
- Upgrades & Improvements: Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, reduce energy consumption, and enhance safety.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain an inventory of spare parts and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance work, including activities, materials used, and downtime.
- Collaboration & Training: Work closely with team members, and other departments to ensure equipment uptime and address maintenance needs.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested, some of which may be outside normal working hours.
Person Specification
- Right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving license
- Formal qualifications (minimum City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) in Engineering.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
- Practical experience with IT related monitoring systems advantageous.

- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, specialist contractors, and management.
