Electrical Site Engineer Pumps & Mechanical Equipment
North West Carlisle, Hexham & Penrith Region
Full-time | Permanent

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a background in installation, commissioning, or maintenance? Are you looking to join a fast-paced, growing company working on exciting projects across the UK?

Were seeking amotivated and dynamic individualto join a leading UK provider of pumping systems and associated mechanical equipment. Youll work closely with mechanical site engineers on a variety of projects from installation and commissioning to servicing and breakdown response primarily across theCarlisle, Hexham, and Penritharea.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, commissioning, and servicing of pumps and related equipment

Attending customer sites across the UK, with a focus on the North West

Occasional overnight stays (approx. once per week)

Supporting aftersales and breakdown response teams

Completing site reports and customer sign-offs

Promoting company products and services while maintaining a professional standard

Managing tools, materials, and job timelines efficiently

Communication across all levels of the business

Handling petty cash and company credit card appropriately

Requirements:

C&G Level 3 Initial & periodic inspection and testing Desirable

Confined Space Training, CSCS Card, and First AidDesirable

Experience in pump installations or maintenance Preferred

Strong communication, flexibility, and time management skills

Self-motivated, team player, and keen to learn new skills

Full UK driving licence

Area Covered:

Carlisle

Hexham

Penrith
(Travel across wider UK required North West region preferred)
