Job Description:

Lineage Logistics the world’s largest provider of temperature-controlled logistics. We are a global company with more than 22,000 employees across the world.

We store, prepare and move food-based products for a variety of customers from major retailers to schools, hospitals and restaurants.

We are seeking an Electrical / Maintenance Engineer to help provide reactive and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment at our Bristol Portbury depot.

Shift Available: Monday - Friday on a rotating shift pattern of

(You will also be required to be on-call for 1 in 3 weekends which includes an on-call payment.)

The role

In this role you will:

Resolve breakdowns, reduce downtime, and improve reliability of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Support the maintenance and wider team in working together to solve problems to keep our facility moving.

You will do some of this work in a cold environment – approximately minus 18 Celsius – just like working in the freezer; but we provide full PPE to keep you warm.

At times work on ladders at height.

Who we're looking for:

Electrically qualified with mechanical experience is essential.

Experience of working with automation.

Good interpersonal skills and enjoy being in a team.

Willingness to learn and improve your skills.

Due to the location of our facility you will need to have your own reliable transport to commute to - Garanor Way, Portbury, Bristol BS20 7XE
