Job Description:

Shift: Mon – Fri, alternating early, mid, and late shifts (7-4, 8-5, 9-6, 10-7), with 1 weekend in 4 call-out rota.

Salary: £38,708 per annum, dependent on experience.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and repairs of mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as building fabric.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Site Supervisor & Contract Manager, including electrical & mechanical PPM, reactive works, minor building repairs, plumbing, drainage, and general duties supporting client requirements.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship to maximize the operation, effectiveness, and reliability of building systems.
• Assist specialist subcontractors with PPM and reactive works.
• Adhere to all site procedures and health & safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of all site works and documentation.
• Inspect services and proactively address call-outs and repairs as needed.
• Work within typical building environments, including at heights from platforms and ladders, with all access equipment and PPE provided.
• Maintain all ABM-issued tools in a safe and operational condition.
• Support the success of the contract with a positive approach.
• Comply with ABM Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications: City & Guilds 236/0 & 2330 Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent.
