Our Sandown factory specialises in manufacturing materials for the building/construction industry. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of the inhouse team who keep the plant running and the equipment running smoothly.
This role is called a Maintenance Electrician internally.
From troubleshooting to planned preventive maintenance (PPM), you will be hands-on with specialist machinery, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. It's a role where you will use your problem-solving skills and technical expertise every day.
You will play a key part in the efficiency and reliability of our production processes.
The role is varied and dynamic, so you’ll get the chance to use a variety of electrical skills associated with being an electrician and service engineer.

We will provide you with full training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to make sure you can work safely and effectively.
Hours of Work:
The normal working pattern is 4 on 4 off, over an 8-week rolling shift pattern of ‘earlies’ and ‘lates’ which averages 38.125 hours per week.
‘Earlies’ are typically 6.30am to 6.30pm and ‘lates’ are typically 11.00am to 11.00pm.
Any shifts that fall on the weekend will be ‘earlies’ with varying start times depending on the rota, with a finish time no later than 7.00pm.
