Job Description:

A highly regarded, award-winning General Contractor focusing on delivering Mission Critical Projects across various sectors is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Electrical Lead for a high-profile Data Centre project in Germany.

Ideally, candidates will have experience working as an Electrical Lead on large-scale industrial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your resume by working on one of the company’s flagship projects.

Electrical Lead Responsibilities:

• Management of all day-to-day site operations
• Management of sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure weekly minuted meetings with subcontractors.
• Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings, and Handover Meetings
• Contribute to the internal weekly progress report based on the project supervisors' reports.
• Review the weekly progress report before distribution to stakeholders, highlighting delays, design issues, and third-party delays.
• Record weekly safety statistics and project labor projections.
• Conduct weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are captured and costs are issued to the client.
• Develop and implement company procedures with the package managers.

Electrical Lead Requirements:

• A trade background with 3-7 years of experience managing large installation projects and subcontractors.
• Experience in design and construction.
• Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems.
• Ability to work effectively within strict deadlines.
