Job Description:

A highly regarded, award-winning General Contractor focusing on delivering Mission Critical Projects across various sectors is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Electrical Lead for a high-profile Data Centre project in Germany.

Ideally, candidates will have experience working as an Electrical Lead on large-scale industrial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your resume by working on one of the company’s flagship projects.

Please note that you would be employed under the host country's employment law. The package includes a competitive salary, accommodation, flights, travel allowances, and a bonus.

Electrical Lead Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day site operations.
• Oversee sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings.
• Contribute to weekly progress reports compiled by project supervisors.
• Review and highlight issues in weekly progress reports, such as delays or design issues.
• Record weekly safety statistics and project labor projections.
• Hold weekly commercial meetings to capture variations and costs.
• Develop and implement procedures with package managers.

Electrical Lead Requirements:

• Trade background with 3-7 years of experience managing large installation projects and subcontractors.
• Experience in design and construction.
