Job Description:

A highly regarded, award-winning General Contractor focusing on delivering Mission Critical Projects across various sectors is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Electrical Lead for a high-profile Data Centre project in Germany.

Ideally, candidates will have experience working as an Electrical Lead on large-scale industrial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your resume by working on one of the company’s flagship projects.

Please note that you would be employed under the host country's employment law. On offer is a competitive salary + Accommodation + flights + travel + bonus.

Electrical Lead Responsibilities:

• Management of all day-to-day site operations
• Management of sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure weekly meetings with subcontractors are minuted.
• Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Coordination Meetings, and Handover Meetings
• Ensure your team contributes to the internal weekly progress report, compiled from the project supervisors' report.
• Review the weekly progress report before distribution to stakeholders. Highlight areas of delays, design issues, and third-party delays.
• Record weekly safety statistics & project labor projections.
• Conduct weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to capture all variations and issue costs to the client.
• Develop and implement company procedures with the package managers.

Electrical Lead Requirements:

• A trade background and 3 - 7 years of experience managing large installation projects and subcontractors.
• Experience in design and construction.
• Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems.
• Ability to work effectively within strict deadlines.
