Job summary

Caddy Group Limited seeks an experienced Electrical Installer for permanent work across social housing properties in East London. You will perform electrical installation and upgrades, focusing on submain upgrades, distribution and lighting installations.

The role requires Site Temps/temporary site electrical installations experience, strong fault-finding, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards; a long-term career with development opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

ECS Card required.
City & Guilds electrical qualification or equivalent.
Current electrical regulations certification.
Minimum Grade C in Mathematics and English.
Proven electrical installation experience.

Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installation and upgrade works across social housing properties in East London.
Complete submain upgrades and associated electrical distribution works.
Install, replace and upgrade lighting systems in communal and residential areas.
Work from drawings, specifications and site instructions.
Test installations and ensure works meet required standards.
Identify faults and report issues needing attention.
Ensure installations comply with current regulations and standards.
Work safely and follow site health & safety requirements.
Manage own workload to meet project deadlines.
Coordinate with other trades and site team.
Communicate professionally with residents, clients, contractors and site management.
Maintain records of completed works and report progress.
