Job summary

City & Guilds Training – Electrical in Birmingham is seeking Experienced Electrical Installation Tutors to join our friendly team. They will deliver practical and theoretical electrical training, aligning with guidelines of awarding bodies.

You’ll teach courses including C&G 2365 Level 2 & 3, 2382, 2391, 2377, 2921, plus BPEC Solar PV and Battery Storages, and may develop training materials. We offer competitive salary, 25 days leave plus Christmas shutdown, career development, EAP, wellbeing

Qualifications

• Recent industry experience in domestic, commercial, and/or industrial electrical installation.
• Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification or equivalent.
• Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
• Solid knowledge of Electrical and Science principles.
• Practical capabilities in Electrical Installations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality electrical installation subjects consistently.
• Assess courses according to guidelines and maintain accurate records.
• Review student performance and implement necessary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity policies.
• Collaborate effectively within the team and with external parties.
