City & Guilds is seeking an Electrical Installations Tutor to deliver practical and theoretical training for apprentices and commercial clients in Coventry. You will cover courses including C&G 2365, 2382, 2391 and 5377, and help develop training materials to meet requirements.

You will also deliver apprenticeship programmes, providing guidance, assessments and support while upholding health and safety standards and DE&I policies.

Formación

• Industry experience in domestic, commercial and/or industrial electrical installation.
• Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum Level 2 English and Maths qualifications.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle for travel to training centres.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver quality and consistency of all electrical installation courses offered by the company.
• Develop and update lesson plans and training materials to align with industry standards and frameworks.
• Assess apprentices' work with constructive feedback and support.
• Monitor progress and maintain records of achievements and development areas.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring to apprentices and address learning or personal issues.
• Carry out Progress Reviews with apprentices and employers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in training and assessments.
• Collaborate with employers to ensure training meets workplace needs.
