The college are looking for an empathetic and enthusiastic Electrical Installation Trainer Assessor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and assess learners in Electrical Installations, applying industry experience to the classroom.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for a diverse group of students.
• Support learners to progress towards apprenticeship standards andEPA requirements where applicable.
• Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with learners, colleagues and employers.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Domestic and Commercial Electrical Installation
• Substantial, relevant industry experience
• Experience in training or assessing
• Strong knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and EPA requirements
• Professional communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence using IT systems and digital tools
• Flexibility and a collaborative mindset
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
