We're working with an established Further Education College in Coventry (with campuses across the Midlands) who are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to join their team as either an Electrical Lecturer or Apprentice Assessor.

You'll play a vital role in supporting apprentices and learners in Electrical Installation by:

  • Delivering engaging lessons or assessments - Building portfolio's for learners and preparing for end of year exams
  • Supporting learners in both practical workshops and classroom learning
  • Acting as a mentor and role model for future tradespeople
  • Contributing to the college's long-standing reputation for excellence
Who We're Looking For
  • Recent, hands-on Electrical Installation experience
  • Minimum Level 3 Electrical qualification
  • Teaching or Assessing qualification - advantageous, but not essential (training provided)
  • A patient, supportive approach to working with learners
  • A genuine passion for developing the next generation of electricians
