Job summary
Oldham College in Greater Manchester is seeking a passionate Programme Tutor in Electrical Installations to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to students across a range of programmes. You will help learners develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to achieve their qualifications and progress into further study or employment.

Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or Advanced Craft Certificate in Electrical Installation.
- Recognised teaching qualification at Level 5 or above.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant industry experience within Electrical Installation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Experience of delivering or supporting teaching, learning and assessment within an educational or training environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging teaching, learning and assessment that supports student achievement and progression.
- Plan and deliver inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
- Monitor learner attendance, progress and achievement, taking appropriate action where required.
- Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality assurance processes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support teams to deliver an outstanding learner experience.
- Carry out duties in line with College policies and procedures, including safeguarding and equality commitments
