Do you want to transition from working on the tools to a Monday to Friday role where you will train the next generation of electricians?
This education institution prides itself on high standards of education. The engineering and construction department is expanding rapidly as the government invests heavily in training future engineers and trade professionals.
In this role, you will work with apprentices enrolled in electrical installation apprenticeships. The first year will focus heavily on practical training to help apprentices understand hands-on aspects of the syllabus. As you gain experience, you will begin delivering theoretical lessons in the second year.
The ideal candidate is a fully qualified electrician with a proven track record in electrical installation. You should have an NVQ Level 3 qualification, and while the 18th edition wiring regulations are preferred, they are not mandatory.
