Overview

Electrical Installation Trainer (Full training provided) – Newbury — £35,000 + Full training + off the tools + Monday to Friday + Hybrid working model + 28% pension + 46 days holiday

Responsibilities
  • Work with apprentices at different stages in electrical installation apprenticeships.
  • First year focused on practical elements to help apprentices understand the practical aspects of the syllabus.
  • Second year deliver the theoretical element of the syllabus as you grow in knowledge and confidence.
  • Provide full training and support to apprentices and contribute to their learning journey.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the engineering and construction department to support program delivery.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified electrician with a proven track record in electrical installation.
  • NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation (ideally with the 2931, but not essential).
  • Wants to move into a trainer role.
Role details
  • 37 hours per week with 25 hours of teaching.
  • Hybrid possibility and ability to organize your own time.
  • Working with apprentices at different stages.
