Job summary
GMP Recruitment Agency Limited partners with a leading independent producer in Tewkesbury to appoint an Electrical Installation & Test Engineer. You will join the Engineering team to ensure safe, compliant and reliable operation of the site’s electrical installations, machinery and distribution systems.

Qualifications
- Relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications and experience.
- C&G 2391-51 – Periodic Inspection, Testing and Certification.
- 18th Edition Regulations Amendment 2 (On-Site Guide and Guidance Note 3).
- Level 3 Award in Initial Verification and Certification of Electrical Installations.
- Experience with high-speed machinery in FMCG/manufacturing.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and strong fault-finding skills.
Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installation, inspection and testing across the site.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Respond to electrical and mechanical breakdowns with reactive maintenance.
- Fault find on electrical systems and automated machinery.
- Keep testing records up to date and ensure compliance with regulations.
