Yunex Traffic in Glasgow is seeking an entry-level Electrical Installation Technician to support the installation of traffic signals and related equipment. You will assist with site tasks, learn through hands-on training, and work across various sites with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification or relevant experience; training provided for entrants.
• Willingness to learn and adapt across sites.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of traffic signals, controllers, crossings, and ancillary equipment.
• Manage and troubleshoot tasks across sites daily.
• Conduct electrical tests and pre-commissioning checks.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and contractors on site.
• Ensure work meets specifications, deadlines and quality standards.
• Participate in mandatory product and industry accreditation training.
• Flexibility for out-of-hours work to meet service demands.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and hazard identification.
