Job summary

Weston College is seeking a Lecturer in Electrical Installation to join a fast-growing UK college offering courses from entry level to Masters levels. This full-time role is 37 hours per week and interviews will take place on-site at one of our campuses in Weston-super-Mare.

You do not need a teaching qualification to apply; we will support you to gain a relevant qualification within your first three years in the role. Relevant experience as an Electrician and in the field is valued.

Qualifications

• Teaching and assess practical and theoretical lessons in Electrical Installation.
• Tutoring students and guiding progression to employment or further study.
• Contributing to development of programmes, courses and training materials.
• No teaching qualification required initially; support to gain relevant qualification within three years.

Responsibilities

• Teach and assess practical and theory-based lessons in Electrical Installation up to Level 3.
• Tutor students and encourage high standards.
