Job summary

Cambridge FE College is seeking an Electrical Installation Lecturer to deliver Level 1-3 Electrical Installation and related City & Guilds qualifications. The role involves teaching, assessing, and supporting learners toward industry-recognised standards.

Qualifications

Recognised Electrical Installation qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging Electrical Installation lessons across Levels 1-3.
Teach and assess City & Guilds Electrical Installation qualifications.
Support and assess apprentices in line with programme requirements.
Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching resources.
Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Promote safe working practices and industry standards.
Support student achievement, retention, and progression.
Maintain accurate learner records and assessment documentation.
Participate in quality assurance and curriculum development activities.
