Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking an Electrical Installation Lecturer and IQA Assessor in Northampton with hybrid working arrangements. Opportunities are available on a full-time or part-time basis, with immediate start options and both temporary and permanent contracts.

The role invites experienced electrical professionals or FE lecturers to join the Construction and Engineering team, supporting learners and developing the next generation of electricians.

Qualifications

• Industry experience within Electrical Installation.
• Assessing and/or IQA experience.
• Teaching or training experience desirable.
• Relevant electrical qualifications.
• Passion for supporting learners and sharing industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation content to learners (lectures and workshops).
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback.
• Support learners with practical and theory work and industry insights.
