Job summary

Heart of Worcestershire College is seeking an Electrical Installation Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across Electrical Installation programs, across multiple campuses with cross-site travel expected.

The role is part-time (25.9 hours per week) with a salary ranging from £18,680.90 to £28,989.10 per annum, and includes opportunities for retention incentives for FE teachers. DBS checks and teaching qualification requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification or willingness to undertake the Certificate in Education and Training within 2 years.
• All successful applicants will require Enhanced DBS checks and online verification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Electrical Installation programmes.
• Plan and develop curriculum with lesson plans and learning activities.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate ILP records; contribute to quality improvements.
