The role involves delivering high-quality learning in Electrical Installation, monitoring progress, and supporting students to progress into employment or further study. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sunderland.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical Installation to Level 3 or above.
• Experience delivering training, teaching, mentoring, or coaching is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of current electrical practices.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Electrical Installation.
• Lead programme development and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor learner attendance, progress, achievement, and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate student records and course documentation.
• Support internal and external quality assurance processes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to enhance the learner experience.
