Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a prestigious further education college to help employ an experienced electrical installation professional on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis for the role of Electrical Installation Lecturer.

Position: Electrical Installation Lecturer

Location: West Midlands

Pay:

Permanent: Up to £40k

Workdays:

5 days per week

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will work as a member of the Employment and Skills team as an Electrical Assessor within Electrical Installation, supporting apprentices completing the Level 3 standard.
• Plan, design, and deliver learning programs/sessions, facilitating learning in line with course aims, objectives, assessment methods, and accreditation.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of learning programs, sessions, and personal practice.

Requirements:

• Teaching qualification - PTLLS, DTLLS, or Cert Ed.
• Recent experience in an educational or learning environment (preferred).
• Experience as a lecturer or technician (preferred).
• Ability to liaise effectively with staff and external contacts at all levels.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to working hours, patterns, and arrangements.
