Job summary
Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation professional to become an Electrical Installation Assessor in Northamptonshire. The role offers full assessor training and progression while supporting and developing apprentices.
The position includes a competitive salary range (£36,000–£45,000), a strong pension, 44 days holiday, and excellent benefits. Prior assessing experience is desirable but not essential as training is provided.
Qualifications
- Experience within the Electrical Installation industry.
- Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for supporting and developing apprentices.
Responsibilities
- Assess Electrical Installation apprentices in the workplace.
- Conduct learner progress reviews and provide developmental feedback.
- Support apprentices in gathering evidence towards their qualifications.
- Work closely with employers to monitor apprentice progress and achievement.
- Ensure learners remain on track to complete their apprenticeship.
- Maintain accurate learner records and assessment documentation.
- Fully funded assessor qualification provided.
