Ready to kick-start your career in the world of electrical engineering? Join us as anElectrical Installation Apprenticeand get hands-on experience maintaining and installing the systems that keep Royal Mail running — from lighting and power to heating and ventilation.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Learn on the job from experienced engineers
  • Study at college while getting paid
  • Help maintain and repair electrical systems in real buildings
  • Support with safety checks and energy management
  • Build strong relationships with teammates and customers
  • Work as part of a mobile team, with a mentor to guide you
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5 GCSEs (Grade C/Level 4 or above), including Maths & English & ideally Science/Tech
  • A team player with great communication skills
  • Curious, quick to learn, and ready to solve problems
  • A strong focus on safety and doing things right
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
