Job summary

United Colleges Group is looking for an Electrical Assessor (Industry Skills Tutor) to manage a caseload of apprentices, monitor attendance, progression and completion, and provide pastoral support where needed. You will work with employers and learners to resolve issues to ensure timely outcomes in line with college targets.

• Have up-to-date knowledge of the Electrical industry and employment opportunities.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices, monitoring attendance, progression and completion.
• Coordinate achievement of apprenticeship standards and quality assurance where applicable.
• Develop individual action plans with smart targets and maintain accurate records.
• Travel to all college campuses and external venues.
