Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified electrician with experience in domestic heating and hot water systems. You will attend properties, conduct testing, and perform remedial works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out EICRs following assessments of electrical installations within properties.
• Performing periodic testing and wiring installation of new heating systems across various domestic and commercial properties.
• Maintaining high standards of customer care when dealing with clients and tenants.
• Communicating work updates and completing necessary paperwork electronically and manually.
• Adhering to all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records.
• Managing stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure availability of necessary parts.
